The weather in Chaguanas in summer is hot and humid, with average temperatures in the mid-30°C (90°F). Humidity makes it feel even hotter but relief from the heat is usually near at hand, in any one of a number of lakes or waterfalls in easy driving distance. The rainy season is generally from April to November.
