Boeing 727 VIP
The versatility and reliability of the Boeing 727 first trijet introduced into commercial service made it the best selling airliner in the world during its 30 years of jet transport service.
The jet age essentially began with a British designed de Havilland Comet before producing several other jets, including but not limited to The Boeing 707, which came close to being as successful- if not more so than -the original design for 250 aircraft predicted by market forecasts at release. Production stopped after just over 50 years from 1962 until 1984 when demand was no longer high enough due to changes in global economics that had taken place since then; an amazing feat considering how well received this model has been throughout history!
