Male International Airport is also called Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. It is the primary international airport in the Maldives. This airport is situated on Hulhule Island near the capital Island called Male. The Maldives Airports Company Limited used to operate this airport along with its maintenance. Also, this is the central hub for Maldivian and Trans Maldivian Airways. This airport has three small terminals known as International, Domestic, and Seaplanes. And this airport is planning to develop another new terminal which is on the pipeline. Also, it has an airport lounge for passengers.
