The Piper PA-31 Navajo is a family of cabin class, twin engine aircraft designed and built by Piper Aircraft for the general aviation market. The small scale cargo planes have been popular with corporate customers as well as air taxi businesses in remote locations where larger jets often can’t land due to space limitations or lack of runway length. With decreased demand across all areas of General Aviation, production on this favorite plane has ceased but was replaced by its successor; the smaller Cherokee series also produced by Piper.
